I get it—you wanted to be back in gym yesterday, and the only thing holding you back is your body.

As a specialist in both chronic and acute musculoskeletal injuries, I recognize the healing power of exercise and weight training and I use them to decrease patients’ symptoms. In conjunction with exercise I use dry needling, cupping, scraping, and massage in my sessions to accelerate patients’ recovery.

With many years of experience in massage therapy along with my extensive knowledge of human anatomy and pathology gained through doctoral education I’m confident in handling any issues you might be facing.

My goal is to help active individuals work hard, so that they can return to their recreational activities and sports after an injury.
